Hi everyone! It's been a while since my last post, so thought I would share that I've been having fun making my lap steels. The cherry red "Lapster" seems to be a big hit. I'm now getting excited to build a new 2 pickup model. I think it will have a Lollar Supro in the bridge position and a Lollar Chicago Steel in the neck position. Anybody have any thoughts about this? Is it a good idea? or not? Thanks for any comments or suggestions!

I haven't made an 8 string yet, but that may be in my future. The scale length is 22.5. |
