It's a nice looking guitar, but that's not a ShoBud "CUSTOM" decal. If that's a ShoBud changer it's a much earlier model than 1977 (yes, a permanent maybe), yet if the keyhead is from ShoBud it's post-gumby, i.e. somewhat later than 1977, with very early tuning keys mounted on it.
Better photos of changer and keyhead, and some good clear photos of the undercarriage will go a long way towards determining value and finding a buyer, until such time it's just another mystery steel on the forum. |

Perm Changer. Pedal rack looks like it originally held 9 pedals. Unknown, to me, key head. Cab looks like a perm cab from the 60's.
But it might be an awesome-sounding guitar. Perms sounded great! |

The 12 string ShoBud that I bought in new in '77 had Grover tuners, wide pedals, a Gumby headstock and the knee levers with the curve and rounded bottom....JH in Va.

Paul, I'm noticing such as the 'half-round bracket for the RKR on the inside
front apron, 'triangulated' pedalshaft mounts, and the shapes of other cast parts.
I was tempted to dig out my old Miller to check the screw locations on the front
of the endplates, but this undercarriage has enough 'Miller written all over it'
already, though there're a few 'non-Miller, non-Sho~Bud' pieces there as well,
along with enough empty screw-holes to indicate this has been reworked quite
a bit.

may not be a Sho~Bud, but it still looks like a nice guitar to me, and it may, very well, be worth the asking price, maybe $100 or $200 less, not sure, don't know much about Miller guitar, if it was a LDG Sho~Bud it would be worth over $2000...
