The toggle switch on my Emmons fell onto the floor. Looks like the two screws were loose and fell out. The upper part is still fastened to the guitar. The spring, screws, flat metal and plastic cover and the U shaped part fell out. Does anyone know how this thing goes back together. A hand drawn diagram would be helpful.

FYI that's the same switch that is used in the Fender Telecaster if you need a new one |

Don't need to buy one just want to put this one back together. Looks very simple if I just knew where each part goes.
Thanks |

Those switches are put together with rivets. If the parts fell in the floor, I'd say it's time for a new one. Guitar Center carries them, and they're not expensive. 15bucks, I think I paid for the ones I've replaced. Get the one for a Telecaster, not the Stratocaster. The Tele is a 3way switch, where the Strat is a 5way. Get your soldering gun, and get after it. Good Luck. |

Thanks for the input. My wife and I put it back together last night. I finally figured it out. Not much to it but holding it was the problem while the two screws were put back in. No rivets on this one. CHecked it out and it works.
Thanks again,
