Hi everyone. I would like to get some information if I could. I have a Sierra PSG. The cross shafts have white plastic or nylon bushings at each end where they connect to the body of the guitar. My question is this. Does anyone know if Triflow will damage these bushings. I am getting ready to do a cleaning and lube job and do not want to mess anything up.Thanks for any help. I'd worry about the liquid swelling the nylon. It's slick stuff, leave it dry. _________________ 2 pedal steels, a lapStrat, and an 8-string Dobro (and 3 ukes)

Thanks for the reply Lane. I was leaning that way, but thought I would ask those with more experience. Thanks again. _________________ Sierra 12/10 gearless, Gibson Console Grand, Homemade dobro, Gretsch 5122, Peavey Session 400 limited, Peavey Classic VTX, Spectra 30-7. |

I've used Triflow on nylon bushings, washers and the like, with no problems at all. But I would try not using any lube at all first. If the nylon is in good shape it won't need lube. _________________ Best regards,
