Anyone have any idea as to when Jerry Byrd first played on the Renfro Valley Barn Dance radio show?

Any idea when Jerry Byrd last played on Red Foley's Prince Albert Show, Grand Ole Opry via WSM Radio, Nashville?

Anyone know what tuning Jerry was using initially while on the Renfro Valley Barn Dance?

I can't answer those questions Ray, but, in the meantime, until someone does, you might be interested in this...
