Well I'll never be a Curly Chalker but it is an MSA. I always liked this number from his Gordon Lightfoot tribute album so I thought I'd have another go at it. I got this MSA Semi Classic about a month ago with 3 pedals and 2 knee levers and just finished off yesterday fitting another pedal and 3 more knee levers also a George L PF-1 pickup. Recording is simply via Digitech RP150 into an old Soundblaster card. Hope it's OK
Cheers Dave.

Thanks Dave. You did a very nice version of "Cotton Jenny"!
Btw, I liked that dog rolling around on the floor in the upper right corner, at the end of your vid.

Dave. All I can say is WOW! That is just super fantastic playing,
and that MSA sure has a beautiful sound. I love the way you play.

Thank you gentlemen for your kind comments, it's getting harder to know if I get a descent sound these days as my ears are shot to bits as a result of a lifetime of engineering and trying to compete with some very selfish lead guitarists. Joachim the little dog is Poppy our Cavalier King Charles Spaniel, believe it or not she hates my playing, the only reason she is there is because I had headphones on and she couldn't hear me play. Well you can't win 'em all.
Cheers Dave.

Dave, maybe you know who I am. But if that's not the case- I'm the guy you gave a lift with your car to Newbury to my Bed And Breakfast at night, when the Steel Guitar Festival ended.

Yes Joachim I do remember I hadn't realized it was you. I still have the Steve Earl Cd you very kindly gave me. That was a good few years ago, I hope you are keeping well and maybe one day we can get together for a drink or two at a festival somewhere in the future. Best wishes for now Dave.
