I recently change my strings gauges for "Franklin" gauges 13/15/12/15/18/20/26/30/34/38. I'm looking for strings (or sets of strings) if close ties that offered jagwire, or if anyone know a brand that makes complet string set..

Live Steel. If the set you want isn't on their website, they'll do a custom set at no extra cost, and save your gauges, so for future orders, you just give 'em your name and say "send me another."
Jagwire is also back in business: my order from them arrived in just 9 days.
