I'm trying to play the short intro part (starts at about 3 seconds):

I'm playing it at the 15 fret, using AB pedals, but it doesn't sound right. Anybody have any suggestions? |

We added this song to our set list and have also struggled with that little intro section. I am not 100% certain this is played on Steel .. could be on lap steel but
here is what I have come up with ... but it is tricky to play this way so I think it is something else .. guitar or lap steel.

in place of the 8C on the 4th string you can play 8 on the first string, but it lacks the bending sound in the song. Dunno.

| Thanks Leo. I'm actually playing the same notes on the 15th fret! I just think it's not actually pedal steel on the recording (maybe even keyboards on a "pedal steel pad"), hence why it never sounds right. |

I also play it on 15th fret, really easy. Josh Bertrand who plays with Toby told me that he plays it on the steel, just using some distortion with a rat keeleey modded pedal.
