Hi, I thought this was a cool set. Item #330865722744. Rickenbacker Electro, the old style stand,Symphony Porto-amp, sheet music an a Elton brass slide. $1485. shipped.

That is way over-priced IMO. That amp is a 60s catalog amp, not worth much at all.

I'm with Mike on this one. I have been playing Ric's for years......but this is high. Over the past few years eBay has been filled with folks that are seemingly looking to "retire" off of a few sales. I picked up two of those stands in Missouri (Noel MO ) last year for 35.00 each. Bought a late 40's Panda at the same store for 650.00..... the amp is nothing special.(IMHO) Undoubtedly, some fool will buy it. Thus, driving up prices for the rest of us.

Hi guys, I said I thought it was a cool set not a good buy. I would think it's worth $800.-900. It looks like grandpaw passed and someone got it all. Or someone brought it to them I think it was a music store that was selling it.
I thought the stands were worth more, $35. has to be a deal.

The stand is worth more than the amp by a good sum. While I don't care fore them myself, the last one on eBay I watched went for $125!!!!
