HAVE DECIDED TO CONSIDER A TRADE.......
10/19/2012
for a decent lower end steel with three pedals and four knees If you are interested in the Fessy. Please PM me with your interest etc. and we can discuss it.

I like this steel better every time I play it but find I need to let it go for various reasons. One being partially financial plus age, health, etc.
There are no issues with the guitar and cush case is as new.
I am posting two of the pics I saved here and if you wish to see more I will email them to you if you will PM me your email address. REDUCED TO $1600.00 shipped. OCTOBER 19TH 2012
Thanks for looking.

Hello Dennis, as the Post heading states, the Fessy has three pedals and five knees.

It is the Standard Emmons set up
LKL raises the Es LKR lowers the Es

LK Vertical Raises string 1 to G#-string 2 to E and
string 7 to G.

Right knee left lowers 5 to Bb 9 to C# and 10 to Bb

Right knee right Lowers 2 to C# 1/2 stop to D and lowers 9 to C# and lowers 10 to A

Sorry, don't know the year but is an early model.
Still looks very nice overall and plays and sounds great.
Thanks for the interest.

TTT Please.....

Price reduced to $1600.00 shipped.

Unusually nice for an older steel and the Fessenden quality is all there with an appearance you can be proud of and the playability you will appreciate.

Trust me if I had a true use for a steel this nice and my physical health could manage transporting it around,it would not be for sale.

Thanks for looking again.

TTT please.

Several Interested parties but no takers as yet.

The $1600.00 price shipped is firm and worth it.

If you want it and have a decent lower end steel with three and four to trade let me know and I'll consider it.
Thanks.

This is a very nice guitar not a scratch anywhere .The guitar has been upgraded and the tone is equal to the modern Fessenden. Loren is a very honest man to deal with. Though it isn't terribly heavy I think Loren and myself might have an issue with the weight at our age .

Hey George,

Thank you for the nice comments. It is a fine guitar all around for sure, and it looks like I might be keeping it as I truly like it more every time I play it and the ONLY issue I can find with it is that it is heavier than I would like but as you said, it is not excessively so.
I feel an attachment developing to this one as it did with the Nashville LTD that is now yours. : (

All the best.

Loren

Hello Kenny,

Thanks much for the interest.
I have decided to keep the Fessenden for a while at least, as it is one fine guitar and I feel I will let a bit of time pass here before I decide to let it go for sure.

I have decided that the difference in weight of a single neck lighter guitar, even a very nice one is not enough reason to justify letting such a fine playing and sounding guitar go to someone else unless I find I truly can't keep it due to financial reasons.
Due to my best friend and significant other being instrumental in my being able to purchase the Fessenden it now has a strong sentimental value as well as she has become very ill which adds more reason I feel I must keep it for now.
Many Thanks to all who have shown interest.

Loren.
I will keep you in mind if I should change my mind.
