I'd draw one up, but I don't have a suitable app on my Droid nor printer.
It's dead simple. Instrument tip to CW end, instrument sleeve to CCW end (I suspect it wouldn't hurt to also directly tie all three sleeves together instead of relying on chassis ground), wiper to amp tip.

lane are you telling me the goodrich pedal is simply a $180 potentiometer?

No. It's a 30.00 pot (500K audio taper) in a 120.00 housing.
It's well-made and more substantial than the Ball or Dunlop.
But it's a simple, unadorned foot-operated pot. That works well.

The value of a Goodrich, is what it is. In the past, there was no way I was going to spend over $100 on a 'glorified potentiometer', but after having a Dunlop for a couple years and then finally trying a Goodrich, I was like 'whoa!'...I had no idea what a difference it would make. Well worth the $100+ IMHO.
