.
I let the pictures do the talking because I am no expert, and apologize if anyone misinterprets my ignorace as deception, thus here are some additional issues that have been called to my attention: Non original fretboard, one end plate corner (visible in first pic) is cracked off, also indicating the front panel wood is non-original since there is no screw hole; third finger of changer inexplicably sticks out but since it works I did not touch it (clearly pictured), the rods are supposed to have a set screw for pedal adjustment, instead they are fixed nylon nuts that turn the whole rod. That little spring nub is supposed to stick out, still, one interferes with the other on string 4 and all attempts to relocate the barrels to avoid this did not solve the problem. You can learn to live with it I did. The pickup resistance is 18.4 ohms.

I want any buyer to be satisfied, but the guitar is offered 'as-is'.

Older Sho Bud SD-10 pro-? (converted D10) 3 x 2 with original hard case good beginner steel $650. If you want to offer me less than the $650 I have in it, I will keep the case which I need for another guitar.

Comments about my description are welcome. Some info is my best guess.

This Sho Bud has been changed a lot over the years. One neck was removed and vinyl pad was added. I do not have any of the old parts. It has been refinished IMO. When I got it, there was a very personal copedent on it. I converted it as close to Emmons as I could with the available parts. The pedals are Emmons A,B,C. The LKR lowers only the high E (string 4), and the LKL raises string 4, and also lowers string 8, the low E. I can change that easily for you so LKR raises both E strings instead. It has what I think is a Bill Lawrence 705 pickup because it looks like others, I have not examined it. It has great tone and plays easily.

Issues: The pedal tuning on string 4 is a challenge because you sometimes inadvertently change the pedal while adjusting the knee lever and vice versa. I think this is because the spring on the little brass collars stick out a bit and can catch the bellcrank. See inset in close up pic.

If there is a solution to this let me know. Its not a big thing, you can dial it in with patience, and it holds well, but I want to disclose it. Otherwise it has 30 or 40 years of evident use, and is no creampuff.

"I think this is because the spring on the little brass collars stick out a bit and can catch the bellcrank. "

It's supposed to be that way. That's how you tune them. You press a pedal or lever, and the nub of the spring catches on the rack, allowing you to tune that specific barrel from the changer end.
