Thanks for the info Russ !! I'm looking forward to playing a ZB. I'm told this came into the shop (that sold it to me) from the original owner ! |

It looks like a good one John. If you need service I've had great help from Greg Jones in Ohio and he set up my current ZB.
Jerry Fessenden might be a closer choice for you, on the east coast as he worked building ZBs in the past.

Great guitar John. You will love the tone. Each guitar is a work of art. |

I bought D10 with serial 0154 in the fall of 1969 that looks identical to the one in Russ's pictures except my fretboard is white and one less knee. |

ZB Custom s/n 0159 arrived today - looks pretty nice !!
I think the wiring may be wrong ?? there are times BOTH necks are on - shouldn't the small slide switch be the neck/pickup selector, and the two 3-position switches are pickup tap selectors for each neck/pickup ??
Thanks !!

One 3 way switch is for the taps on the pick-ups. The other 3way switch is the neck selector so with it in the middle position, both necks would be on. The sliding switch in the middle is for bypassing the volume and tone controls. Good lookin' guitar, enjoy that ZB!!!!
