Any of you tall guys havie trouble with the legs of your Desert Rose, and adjusting them? I got the prettiest guitar in the world, but I have to sit way back on the couch to play it.

If you want to check the threads, most pedal steel guitars have a 1/2 inch u.s.s. thread. You can take a 1/2 U.S.S.
bolt and screw in the leg holes.
Hope this will help.

Guys Stephen is talking about the two adjustable aluminum legs,They are another beast entirely. The bottoms are like a screw in spike with a rubber foot attached, much different than a standard one. Whoa!

It looks to me like the threads on the bottom are also 1/2-13. If the legs don't have enough adjustment, you could get longer threaded rods or bolts and replace the originals. I did that on a Magnum once, they have very similar legs.

the thread on emmons is 1/2-13 and the plug size is the same as a standard mike stand so i have shortened a mike stand to the length i wanted and drove the plug out and back in the other using a nut not to damage the threads.
