Fessendens are really fine guitars - I have been playing them for quite a few years now and have been very satisfied. Jerry Fessenden has always been really helpful with any questions I've had. You done good. |

I've never seen one upclose and the only time I've heard a Fessy is Marty Muse playing one while backing up Robert Earl Keen as the opening act for Jimmy Buffet in Houston about 5 years ago.
I liked the tone......very much like a Sho-Bud. _________________ Cremation is my last shot at having a hot body...... |

I had one in a few weeks ago to change a couple of knee levers around. First one I had worked on. I was super impressed with the mechanics and sound. I would recommend one to anybody. _________________ LeGrande II, Nash. 112, Fender Twin Tone Master, Session 400, Harlow Dobro, R.Q.Jones Dobro |

Hey Chris,
if you have still been playing your Dekley until now, I think you'll find this to be a much smoother feeling guitar, especially the knees. I'm very happy with mine.

I am the owner of the one Clyde Mattocks in talking about. Its a super guitar, I will probably own this one a long time. Also Jerry Fessendsen is easy to reach and to talk to. |

I've had my Fessenden SD10 for a couple of years now. Good guitar! It stays in tune well, and as others have said the pedal and lever action is smooth. I went from a Wallace Truetone original to a Bill Lawrence humbucking pickup (model 705 perhaps, not sure)
Also, possibly of minor importance is that it's a cool looking steel guitar (I like the Steerhorn graphic on the front and fretboard). People who know very little about steel have commented to me about it at gigs. |

I too have a fessie SD10 with a bill Larence 710, think I have the right no's there. In my opinion it is a well built smooth playing and love that tone. I have had one minor issue which was easy to fix. I checked with some real steelers before I bought mine and got good raves all around. Enjoy for many years to come _________________ Fessenden SD10, Peavy Nashville 112, Fender Fat Strat, Crate glx 212, Crate GLX 65, Peavy foundation bass, Epiphone flat top Taylor flat top Epiphone Led Paul Epiphone Shreraton Hilton and Goodrich pedals one understanding wife |

I appreciate the support and look forward to the Fessy's arrival. I've never had a PSG that was this new. I learned on an old ZB, quit and the got some Deks, quit, and now a 30 yr old MSA Classic XL that I may or may not keep. Anyhow thanks, Chris Grotewohl |
