Saw Chubby last night said He will be having his show again this year. It will be October the 3rd at the Fairborn Eagles 509 Sports St. in Fairborn OH. This years line up looks great. we can look forward to seeing Herby Wallace, Mike Sigler, Wayne Hobbs, Sonny Curtis, Chris Castle, Kenny Holycross, Rusty Rhodes, Phil Perry, of course the timeless talent of Chubby Howard himself. Singers will include Tony Howard, Landon Williams, Justin Perry, Mike O'Hara, Eric Huff. A great band of the areas finest musicians including Lonnie Coots on lead guitar. Miss Emily will be there playing her new Beard (dobro).At Chubbies show you always have to be ready for surprise guests that's the best part. Great homecooked food will be served all day long. Just a $15.00 donation at the door. A good time is in store for all that can make it. I will keep everyone informed as I get more information.

Yes, I just confirmed this show with my buddy, Chubby Howard, so I will be back again this year in Fairborn and I hope to see many of you there.

Hey Phil,
As for UPS, I think they have certain weight limits, don't they? Seriously though, I'm working a show in Kanapolis NC the day before and won't be finished until about 10:00 or so. But you never know, like I've said before, sleep is for sissys any way, right?

It's great to hear that Chubby is still at it. He was the first steel player I saw play live when I was around 19 or 20. A real gentleman and a big influence on me. He used to play a live local TV show in Tacoma WA with the now late Grover Jackson. I used to go down to the studio and watch them live with usually fewer than 10 people in the studio audience. The producer would run around trying to get everybody wound up and loud to make it seem like there was a big crowd. Great memories. Hope you all have a great show.

| Jim, We start at 10:00 AM. The schedule is a what you might call a loose schedule, when Chubby says it's time to pick we pick. Sure hope you can make it we have a ball. |

I think last year I was otherwise occupied by a set of golf clubs. You guys have about convinced me to not let that happen again. Looking forward to the show.

| Well it is going to be agreat show with all the great players. I am really looking forward to this years show!Just wanted to let everybody know that we will be playing Friday Oct.1 at snickers in New Lebanon, Ohio from 9-1 with a great band and then Sat. Oct. 2 we will be at the Fairborn Eagles the same place as the show and Joe Wright may be there and play with us also Chris Castle my good friend and family will be there and any body else who comes to town Sat. is welcome to come out!!! The Hawthorn Inn Hotel is giving special show prices only $55.00 a night there phone # is (937)-754-9109 just mention the show.
