Yes, it is Bonnie Owens, but is it Norm or Moon on steel? Sound makes me tend towards Moon.

The tone does sound like Moon, but the style doesn't. Maybe Norm?

The tracks for this album were recorded between 1965 and 1968, this track was recorded in 1968, I think that Norm was already with Merle Haggard at that time, so it could be Norm, but the tone sounds a lot like Moon. Still unsure about this one...
