Phil's son Chad just emailed me and ask if I would post on the forum about Phil's memorial. This is what he sent:

Sunday May 16th, at God and Country Theater, Branson Mo 5-7pm. Condolences and contributions will be accepted by the family. Wade Landry and co. will perform. I hear from Mike Arlidge that there will be a jam session. Someone is supposed to offer some words but I don't know who he is.
Thanks,
Chad

Boo, sorry to say I can't make the service, We have a show tonight and I have to be at the theater in Eureka Springs at 6:00. I would really like to take part in remembering our good friend Phil but there is no way I can make it back to work in time. Phil knows I would be there if I could. I will always remember that big smile Phil had everytime I saw him. RIP my friend.
