I'll be playing this coming weekend in Deadwood,South Dakota over the "Wild Bill Days" weekend(June 18-19). I met another actor named Earl Brown while working on the HBO show "Deadwood" last season and have been playing steel in his country-rock band "The Sacred Cowboys". As one might guess, anything or anyone connected to the TV show is quite popular in Deadwood and the town is enjoying a huge tourist boost because of the show's success. Anyhow we'll be opening for Big & Rich on Sat and 38 Special and the 70s rock group "Ambrosia" on Sunday.Word has it that it will be filmed for some kind of CMT special or some such nonsense. Should be a fun weekend....

Michael,

I'm told the food and lodging will be fit for a king. Here King! Here Boy!

I'm looking forward to partying with Cowboy Troy. I'll give a full account when the dust clears.........
