i was wondering what kind of steel buddy emmons played on an old song called singing strings i think it is a shobud but what kind. Also did buddy charleton play a permanent or fingertip on his song cool it.

If that was the album with Day,Drake, etc, I'm pretty sure it was a BUD.

the album was a instrumental album from starday called best country instrumentals and wasnt just a steel guitar album i think it was a shobud but i wanted to be sure

Daniel,
This is the album that I remembered, it has "Singing Strings of Steel Guitar" What looks like a lefty Sho-Bud is a reversed negative, I looked at the emblem on the steel and it is mirrored. Bill

on the back of my album it tells what album the songs come from. and this one is listed but says the singing strings come from a steel guitar hall of fame album its just called singing strings.

Bill,
You can also tell, upon enhanced examination in Photoshop, that Shot's stylish suit coat is buttoned with the right lapel on top. That's always a good tip off that the shot has been flopped.
