Anyone know how to clean the strobostomp display and get rid of dirt and dust buildup beneath the screen?
I know at the Peterson forums they freely share this info, but it's not available for all to see on their forum -- it's emailed individually to each person who asks for it. To this end, I tried registering for the Peterson forum and asking the question, but there was a bug or something preventing me from using their forum, so I thought I'd ask y'all instead of continuing to mess with their forum. Honestly, why join their forum when I only need one question answered?
Thanks. |

When I had an issue with dust accumulating, I took a can of compressed air (with it's straw) and sprayed into the edges and crevasses of the pedal. Some places the air could not get through, but as I continued around, the air found its way through. Before spraying the pedal I made sure to give the can few fresh squirts into the air to clear out residue. I also shot it in small bursts, and did't hold the can upside down to make sure I didn't cover the pedal in freezing liquid!!! |

Thanks. I did try that once, but not as carefully as you've described. I'll give that a shot. Appreciate the help. |

You have to put the straw right up in the crevasses with the straw touching the unit |
