Tom's new Webbs sound every bit as good as the old classics! I've played through one of Tom's and I've owned an older one since the early 90's. You're welcome to borrow mine and mess with it for awhile! Tom's is a bit more versatile with the removable speaker back cover and the front ports with plugs. Also Tom's are lighter in weight because of the speaker he uses.
