How old is it? Is that a coil split switch I see between the control knobs?

I ordered this steel two years ago from chandler,the 3 way split switch was installed when they built it.This guitar plays great and has great tone,case comes w/it. I recently had jackson steel guitars to build me a double 8 non pedal steel,and I no longer use the chandler.( she said something had to go) Whoa!
