I have an interesting Dual Pro up for trade or sale...I believe it to be of the late 40s variety as it has boxcar pickups, a large "D" stamped serial number, early broadcaster knobs, etc. It has an old piece of tape in the tuner cavity marked in grease pencil that says 'refinish 2-25-5?(cant read the last digit, looks like it might be a 2). Was this a factory refinish? Who knows, i'll have pics up later tonight. The bottom pickup has been rewound apparently...it works fine.

800.00 shipped in the lower 48.

I'm looking for dual(or maybe triple) 8 rickenbackers, the console type with legs(not lap). This would be the solid wood DW series or the console 500 or 200 series. if you have one you dont use much and want a nice old fender, let me know! I love the dual pro but just miss the sound of horseshoes.
