Houston, I'd get in touch with Ken Fox here on the forum and let him put the batteryless mod in it.You'll never have to replace a battery again and won't have to worry about battery leakage doing damage to your Tubefex. _________________ Show Pro #26 & #83,BJS bars,Stereo Steel,Tommy Huff cabs loaded with JBL D130's, Wampler pedals,NV112,NV400, Steelers Choice Seats |

Does it looks like this yet? If so you need a lot of clean up and possibly trace repair. The Tubefex gets the worst damage I have have seen yet from battery leakage

I just installed the battery-less mod on my Transtubefex. Ken can still save have your current settings if you get it there soon enough, before the battery is totally dead, or it leaks so much that it destroys the circuit board.

Houston, send your TubeFex to Ken and have him do the batteryless mod etc and never look back. Ken did a great job on mine and loaded the steel settings along with the card I sent him! No more worries about losing programs or worse yet having the battery leak and ruin the board. |
