Roger , You on steel and Elaine on bass richly deserve these awards !! I sat all day today at the Wey. Amer. Legion jam show and listened to some of the best and most pleasant steel playing I've heard in a long time !! You sat in with all the guests and played with two bands and I don't think you missed a note and I was listening real close !! RISGA and all your friends are proud of you !!! Eddie "C" |

A note of thanks to each of you. I was suprised and humbled in being chosen for this award. We have so many great steel players in our area and I still have so much more to learn. This instrument has affected me since I was 5 years old, every time I heard it I just had to stop and listen. Hoping to see all of you real soon. God Bless Roger |

Congratulations to Roger and Elaine !!!!!!
I've enjoyed listening to Roger's steel playing for years. When he plays', he's "one" with the instrument. A true musician.
And Elaine, I've enjoyed playing the shows with you backing up on the bass. I never have to think about you, not knowing where I'm going, when playing any tune. A true musician and all aroung good person to know.
Best to all! |
