We had another great turnout today. I won't name all the names, since I left my notes in the truck and Randy and Austin took off with them. I will try to name the steel players though.

Lee Ogle

Austin Stewart

Jim Sentlinger (whose wife was also with us today)

Paul Troop

Corky Davis

Floyd McCoy

Marty Neer stopped by and sat in on Austin's guitar for a couple songs.

We had a birthday boy with us today also. Phil "Rooster" Armstrong, our sax player, turned 68 today. We tried and tried to tell him his candle said 86, but he insisted he was only 68. Happy Birthday Rooster!

We had a couple out sick today. We missed Ray Qualls and Clara Houck and hope they feel better soon.

A bit of bad news today. Our bass player, Doug Cole, was not able to be with us. He and his band were planning to be there to provide some rythm for us and some of their equipment was stolen. Sad

We were glad to have everyone that stopped in to be with us today, and look forward to next month.

Hi Dana, looks like a good turnout! Sorry I couldn't make it but I'll be back next month. Keep on picking! Ray

Thanks for the report, Dana. Sounds like y'all had another awesome meeting.

We hope to see everyone at our annual steel guitar convention in Siloam Springs the weekend of April 25th & 26th.

Oops! You are so right. Thanks, Dana. I know my brain is backed up on a flash drive somewhere . . . but I think I lost it. Very Happy

Hey Lynn, I am just glad to know I am not going crazy (actually I probably am, but that's another show entirely).

We always look forward to the Siloam show. Great players, friendly folks, can't beat that.

Chad, thanks for the picture of Rooster.
