This riff can be executed fairly sloppy and still sound pretty good. It can be pick blocked, palm blocked, not bocked or you can use bar movement in combination with the left hand to block it.

kenny,

I added all the C6 tab above. The ending was played on C6 then I went back and added it on E9th as it just sounded better.

Thanks Greg. I've been hoping you'd do some C6 Gospel. And this is the kinda stuff I like, some chord work, mixed in with some great single string
pickin. Please do more! Smile

Greg, that was some mighty fine picking on that. I like the C6 part myself, since I have been tinkering with it I guess. Very Happy Cool Surprised Smile

Tommy, Kenny and Terry: Seven smileys in 3 messages, a sea of yellow! Well I just got my shoulder operated on and it's quite dysfunctional now and the pain killers are not any fun on my stomach. Now I will have a good excuse for playing out of tune and out of time.

Yesterday I did manage to fumble through a version of Tennessee Waltz and I finished up the Waltz of the Angels. Neither of these really needed a C6th part but I stuck one in anyhow so check them out when I get them posted.

Greg I know what you are going through at this time,I have had both of mine operated on and it was not fun considering that both times the rotator cuff was hanging by a thread. you take care and take it easy.
