looks like price range 500-900?
asking 700...

Others here have far more expertise and experience than I do with these guitars, but I just spent a couple months looking at 400's myself and if it IS in really good condition $700 is pretty good, about right actually.

I doubt you'll find one in good condition much cheaper. Prices have gone up 10%-20% in the past few years.

That seems about right from my experience. 400.00
for one needing some work to 800.00 for one ready to go. Showroom shape, maybe 1000.00.
