Just curius,, are there any steel shows around the Tampa, Florida area?
i have an aunt that lives down there and would love to get to play somewhere close so she could hear me.

It takes about 1 1/2 hours to get there from the middle of Tampa, give or take 15 mintues.

The Manasota Jam is a little closer to Tampa.

Thanks ken and danny for the info.
yes i will have to try to make it down there sometime. it will probably be next year though... it is hard to find a time, as i am 16 years old and have school... but i still find time for things...
i play with the kentucky opry... and im booked for 3 steel shows in the next month...
so i try! : )
but hopefully next year ill be able to make it down there with some of my family and have a good time with some great friendsw and fellow steel pickers!

Is that the same Kentucky Opry thats over near Paducah. I thought Steve Helm was their Steel player.

Thanks Jack. I would love to come sometime. Like i said it will just be a little while before i can pull it off, but i certainly will try to make it down there in the near future.

Nick, no this isnt the same kentucky opry in paducah. This is Billie Jean Osbournes Ky Opry at the Mountain Arts Center in Prestonsburg, Ky .
