That appears to be a student model Emmons P/P from the late'60's/ early '70's so it may very well only have been equipped with one knee lever.

These little student P/P guitars have a tone to die for.If they were only not that limited.
I have seen these go on the forum for $500-$800......this one looks fair to me.These were next to the Sho-Bud Maverick the most common student guitars.Sorta like the Carter Starter now(only with one knee-lever).

Interested in trades?

Mail me.

Looks like an Emmons "black Rock" finest starter guitar ever IMHO should be no trouble to add another 3 knee levers and your ready to go to work!! and its a lot less than half the weight of that twin 10 you guys are carrying!!
We could do with it this side of the pond! Smile

The black rock has the wrap around end-plates John(I think). If my eyes are not deceiving me then you can see that this one also has a wooden pedal rack that is painted.
How ever these are very good sounding little guitars and selling it would not be difficult.

Going by the 2 black rock models I had , Ron is correct in saying they had wrap around end plates same as a pro model . They also differ from the student model by having a 1/4" raised neck . They do share with the student model the volume and tone control knobs and the timber pedal bar . Either of these guitars are the same underneath as a pro model so adding or changing setup should be no problem .
