2008 Stage One Licensed by ZumSteel. This guitar was built by Doug Earnest and delivered to me on July 10, 2008 and is in perfect condition. I've added a custom arm rest built by Don Blood. It fits like a glove. The photos don't seem to do this guitar justice. It has the upgraded chrome adjustable legs, Grover tuners, aluminum neck, a real nice hard case. The whole thing is in perfect condition.
That's NOT a scratch on the top near the pick up on the players side, it's glare from the light. I asking $900.00 + shipping. That includes the armrest that I just paid $85 for. I'll ship the arm rest in a separate box. This guitar has never left my house, never gigged.
I'm not disappointed in this guitar at all, I've just about convinced my wife into letting me order a Mullen G2, but she said something has to go, cause we have a small house and there's no room for 3 steel guitars. (bummer) I'm sad about it, but I'd rather have the G2. I'm guessing it'll cost about $60 to ship and insure this guitar to the 48 states.
Postal money order or Paypal only. You can email me with any questions at maryjolly@hotmail.com That's also my Paypal account. Thanks, Rick

The Zumsteel Stage One has been sold. Donation will be on the way. Sorry Brian, thanks for the lead, but your friend Nick didn't contact me. This guitar is on it's way to Portland. _________________ Clinesmith consoles D-8/6 5 pedal, D-8 3 pedal & A25 Frypan, Pettingill Teardrop, & P8 Deluxe. |

I'll defer the particulars to the builder, Doug Earnest...but these little wonders are a designed as a permanent Emmons set up. With a little doin',I'm sure you could modify one to suit you, it just wouldn't be as convenient as on a guitar that was designed to have an interchangable set up. They sound and play great. The pedals & knees have short throws and positive stops. I'm gonna miss it. (Oh yeah, apparently another thing they won't do, is last more than 8 hours for sale on the Forum) _________________ Clinesmith consoles D-8/6 5 pedal, D-8 3 pedal & A25 Frypan, Pettingill Teardrop, & P8 Deluxe. |

Mike, there are photos of the underside, and a copedent on the stage one site. Looks like there are more than one hole in the bellcrank? so maybe you could change something? I don't really know enough about these things to comment. _________________ We live to play another day. |

Mike, that set up chart on Stage One's site is incomplete. I guess Doug is too busy building guitars, to update it. It looks like he ran out of room on the spread sheet. They do have four knees, three pedals. (I hear he's thinkin' about adding a LKV.) LKL & LKR raises and lowers the E's, RKL raises strings one & seven a half step. I'm gettin' old and can't remember what RKR does, and I don't want to be incorrect...I already packed it up and sent it out, so I can't go look. It weighed 46 lbs. in the case and the box at UPS. _________________ Clinesmith consoles D-8/6 5 pedal, D-8 3 pedal & A25 Frypan, Pettingill Teardrop, & P8 Deluxe. |
