I have an inquiry on a sale from a forum member in Germany. Any suggestions on shipping and payment options?

If it meets the size restrictions, USPS seems to always be the cheapest.

I always ship USPS. Best prices I've found...

Payment choices:

#1: Western Union money transfer -- the buyer pays the fees, you get all the funds.

#2: Paypal -- you pay the fees, but it's fast and convenient.

Insure it! Whoever you chose..... Exclamation Make copies of everything. Document everything. I've sent items overseas and had very good luck. The one I had trouble with was not insured. Make sure of the address. Spend extra time packing. Follow ALL instructions. I would recommend USPS from my experience with the others unless it's too big. PayPal has been a good source of payment. I would recommend PayPal first and then Cashier Check.

BAX / Schecter. Fast, reliable, friendly. They shipped my Carter S-10 for 130 Euro COD. The buyer pays ONLY THE INSTRUMENT - not shipping / taxes ... - to the Seller. The buyer pays shipping and income taxes / VAT COD, i.e. at the time of delivery (about 25 % of price instrument + shipping)
All sellers: contact BAX / SCHECTER!

Yep I've used Bax Global a few times in the past and they have been excellent - especially for shipping guitars.
