I stopped into Emmons Guitar co. the day after
Christmas and although Ron Lashley was closed,
he still laid the red carpet out for me.
He was very courteous. |

Paul,
This is very enlightning news, Emmons Steels Guitars have always been the industry standard for tone and playablity IMHO. I have three P/P's and a Lashley LeGrande III. For my taste they're the best and I'd never be satisfied with anything else.

I spoke to Ron and the good folks at Emmons just before Christmas. Ordered some pickups..they arrived in two or three days, no muss,no fuss, no problem. |

I've lately rededicated myself, again, to wearing out this 1993 LeGrande II. I love it more each time I re-engage. A lesser man would have given up for good the first time.
Glad things are still going strong at Emmons. I hear a lot of compliments from Nick and others on their current guitars. I understand it takes over 40 weeks to get a new one these days. I'm surprised but I'm sure there are manufacturing limitations on the sort of "cottage industry" of PSG's. _________________ HagFan

Anyway, I'll be sure and order ahead next time. _________________ HagFan

Looks great, Bobby. I have the single/double like that, but it doesn't have your name on it.
I hope all is well over your way. _________________ HagFan

Wow
I must have been very lucky back in 1999 when I ordered one from Bobbe. I only waited 2 months for mine. I drove up from Florida and picked it up at his shop. I did not want to trust it being broken in shipping.
I still love it to this day.
Although I did manage to pick myself up another Super Pro that I had traded in for the Emmons.

Luke - Have you tried calling them lately? Do they already have your money? If it's going to take a year and half to get a guitar from them, they should tell you that up front.
Just my opinion. Worth exactly what you paid for it!

Lee, I paid my deposit, and being I ordered through a dealer they won't tell me anything, they say I need to talk to the dealer, which I have and the dealer has been talking to Ron. I guess I'll just wait. Everyone says it's worth the wait. |

Then the dealer is responsible, you should be safe then.
