Roy.....I have built several odd size guitars and took a regular 24" FB to the local silk screen shop where they scaned it into their computer and resized it to the correct length, then printed it on to an aluminum blank I got at the local hardware store. Then powder coat clear.........LA

I'll check to see if I can do that around Dallas somewhere. For now I made one with balsa wood, a sharpie and a t-square. Ain't pretty, but I can play the steel......
