Wow! That is exceptional playing and done without pedals. I wish they played the song faster though.

Scotty’s C6 instruction book was my introduction to lap steel.

After hearing so much Buddy at the time I recorded this, I didn't appreciate Scotty's playing as I do now. The tone of his Frying Pan is exceptional!

A very nice transformation of a CnW classic into a trip to the islands. And right, the touch and tone on the frypan is masterful. Mr. Scott must have LOVED that song.
