I have one of my lapsteels up for sale on ebay, and I had a prospective bidder ask me if the legs/sockets are original, or if they were added later.
They look original to me, but I thought I'd ask here where the experts hang out.
Here's the link: http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&rd=1&item=3778557679
Thanks for any help answering this question.

I've had one of these in the 6 string flavor since about 1969. Wonder what that's worth. Ain't been out of the case in 20 years. Maybe I oughta clean it up.
