| The next meeting will be Sunday, Jan. 7, at 2:30 PM at the Life Church in Katy Tx. There will be a short teaching segment, new player segment, a featured player segment , and the super jam.The featured player will be Ricky Davis with special guest vocalist. Ricky is one of the super players in Texas and we encoureage everyone to make this meeting. All players should be there by 2:00 PM to set up. All musicians, vocalists, and steel guitar fans invited. All players and vocalists may bring any product they have for sale. The meeting is free, . We will have a donation box set up for those who would like to donate to help defray expenses of operating the our club. Directions ; Take I-10 to Katy,Tx. Take PinOak exit. South on PinOak to Katy-Flewellen(about 300 yds. Chevron Store on corner) right on Katy-Flewellen to Greenbusch (first street on left) left on Greenbusch and about 1 mile to Life Church on your right. Weather permitting, park on left side of bldg. Enterance to hall on left. If side lot is muddy, park in front and use side entrance. See you there. Jody, Billy, and Patty. |

| I'll be there. In addition to the great Ricky Davis, we'll have Jim Harper all the way down from Commanche, Oklahoma. Jim is active in the Central Oklahoma Steel Guitar Club and he want's to see how ours is run. And, he brought his steel to sit in. |

This was my first time attending and it was FANTASTIC! Ricky Davis and Miss Leslie, Jim, Jerry and Jody were excellent! and lets not forget the back-up players! Kay and I enjoyed it and look forward to seeing ya'll again. Thanks Jody, Billy and Patty for organizing these meetings. Hopefuly one day I will be able you jam with ya'll

Brandon, I was nice meeting you. Glad you had a great time. Three of my hero's were playing today. Jim Harper, Jody Sanders and Ricky Davis. Jerry held his own. We hope Jerry will come back really soon. The back up band made it flow like soft butter. Miss L was awesome as we all know smooth vocals and fine fiddle playing. If I missed anyone I am sorry. We just had a great jam. Thanks to all the people who came and I hope they enjoyed it as well as I. If you missed this one please plan to attend the next one. God Bless and will see you soon.
