This is a book that I tabbed out several years ago while working with the Starlite THeater at Branson, MO.
I have about a dozen of these left if anyone wants a copy. It was written for 6 string lap steel or Dobro using the C6th tuning. Besides tuning chart, string guages, and brief bio in the book, these are the songs tabbed out with chords above in the book:
