But that's not why I'm responding. I suggest sending a copy to your customers via email rather than sending it by post office. I think it would be cheaper for you.

You could send it in .pdf form, a text file, or even a link to a web site with all the details. With the right program, it would be easier too.

Just ask folks to sign up for your "newsletter". Most web site providers can set you up a mail service to send out letters like this to everyone on the list.

Just a suggestion.
