This is an old Kay 506 amp chassis, true point to point wiring, no board at all.
Tubes are 12AU7, 12AX7, 2 6V6's, 12Ax7 for tremolo, 5Y3 rectifier.
2 channels with seperate volumes, master tone, tremolo on off speed, intensity, jack for remote tremolo switch with 1/4" jack (I don't have a switch)
I built a new pine cabinet, covered in blonde tolex and mounted the chassis in it.
The faceplate is oxblood red, with creme knobs, so it looks really nice.
The tubes are all original Sylvania, except for the trem 12AX7 which is a new JJ.
The amp works fine and sounds good.
I'll have some pics soon.
$250 + actual shipping

This is a very sweet looking amp, I got the photos and am very impressed with it. No funds, though so if you want a cool amp check it out! |
