Let me explain.. I have a one year old Carter S 10 5+5 that is about all I'll ever need. I've just been thinking lately about getting another steel around here to practice on, fool around with, take to gigs as a change of pace etc.

I am not looking to spend a whole bunch of money on a mint cond steel. I am really not sure what I am looking for to be honest,I guess I want to see what is out there that might smack me in the face and force me to buy it.

I am looking for any brand,[NO student models please] guitar w/single frame only. Minimum 3+4,but the more pedals the better. I may consider less levers ,depending on price. I would like a guitar which can have pedals/knees added at a later date if at all possible as my standard copedent uses 5 pedals/ 5 knees on E9.

Any age is ok, any brand considered, cosmetics are not real important[within reason of course].I would even consider an old Fender or maple Maverick conversion.. I am not real sure what I want guys,so please bear with me.. Right now, price is the dominant factor...
Kindly email if you have an S 10 you are not using and can let go at a fairly modest price. I'm not cheap, just don't want to spend a lot on something thats more or less a backup, considering I only play steel on 3-4 songs a night about 2-3 times a month these days! thanks!!! bob
