I just read that Arhoolie is releasing a new cd of instrumentals taken from earlier cd's. The release date is: 11/9/04

Yup, it's a good one.

There is also a Lee Boys Arhoolie CD in the works. Release is planned for early Spring '05, but the date is not set yet.

Their steeler, Roosevelt Collier is hot, hot, hot and just 22. He plays pedals, but much of his stuff can be done (or approximated) without 'em.
