Thanks a lot guys. It helps to make the last 2-months all the more worth the while. The PEWTER Custom is the one that I complained about in a Post this past summer. I hope the guy sees what he's missing! “Time wounds all Heels”!

Fine restoration work, John! I recently restored a T-8 using the Ivory color you recommended. I cannot find the Fender decal or logo anywhere. Where did you get the ones on the front of your restorations?
Kind Regards,
Ron |

Larry;
The Black Custom was re-finished in ’79. I used Flat-Black and then decided I wanted a Gloss-Finish, so; I used 3 or 4 coats of Clear Varathane. The PEWTER Custom which I just re-finished was done with several coats of GMC PEWTER SUV paint and then 3 or 4 coats of Clear-Coat. This was to match the color-scheme of my ’03 GMC YUKON.
Thanks everyone for your compliments! ------------------
