This is the old classic "boo-wah" volume pedal. The top swivels to go from a bass-to-treble tone and the volume pedal works as normal. This is a Fender; vingtage unknown. I've replaced the tone pot and capacitor and everything works great. Price $145 including shipping (U.S.).
