Digitech 2112 preamp. Has a few scratches, from being mounted in racks, but is in good working order. $275 and I'll cover shipping.

Somebody need to grab this one, these are excellent preamp/effects units for steel. They use 12AX7's in the preamp to warm up the sound. I have two of them I've used for about 10 years. This is a good price too.
