Pack-a-seat , beat, free for starter

I have an old pack-a seat that I am willing to give to a beginner in need. It needs a handle and new seat covering or upholstry over the sit pad.Otherwise it is functional and pretty solid.
I can email a few photos.
I'm guessing the shipping would be $20 plus how about a $10 forum donation.
