Peavey Mace, late 70's, all new JJ tubes and excellent, with cover and Spider Black Widows, footswitch and Twin Reverb cover. This is a hybrid amp, opamp frontend and 6 each 6L6GC tubes (all new JJ/Telsa). Amp is rated 160 watts RMS, two channels, Automix footswitch (channel select, channels combine, reverb and phase shifter), LED indicators for active
channel(s) and reverb on both channels. $450.00, includes shipping to theh lower 48!

I have had this amp over a year and am offering it for less than I have in it. Just need to thin the herd! I am down to my Session 2000 for my steel and a 1959 Bassman clone for the Tele now!

Yes it do! The Peavey Mace was the amp of choice for the Leonard Skynard band.

I played one like it in the seventies because it was the cleaned tube sound I could get, too. I had a Twin with 2-EV SRO speakers and a 3-12 Peavey cab. The Mace with 2-12 BW speakers blew it away. I had no more volume problems witht he band after that.
I searched for a long time for another clean one and found this one. I replaced all the power tubes and it had been great.
When I moved to Georgia I had ten amps! I have thinned the herd and this is the last one I have to sell.

I had this amp at my house for a couple of days, this amp is a bull dozer.

Bump for my good friend KF.

And I just finished all my excavating!
If I weren't already covered for high powered rigs I'd sure be interested. I've got a 2 x 6L6 PV that has a surprisingly sweet voicing for steel. I'll bet this sounds real nice.
