New/Never Used Out West Standard Case

This is a "new/never used" Out West standard steel guitar case. I am told by Wayne Brown, the builder, that it was built for a JCH D10. Inside measurements are:
34 inches long
11 7/8 inches wide(guitar cavity)
10 1/4 inches from rail to rail at the bottom of the case(the part the guitar rests on)
4 3/8 inches from top of rail to top edge of the case where the lid hinges
