I just recently talked to WC Edgar, the cat that makes these seats, and ordered one up and will report my big butted findings shortly after the trial period.
I also understand WC is on his way to Gnashville at the end of this month to render up a super "real country" cd. Can't wait to hear it.

Fred the burgundy colored one in the picture is mine. It is very spacious, much deeper than my older seat. Seems to be very well made and detailed and exactly as I ordered..
Thanks again WC.

Yo Hook, I'm looking forward to trying mine out. I ordered Red and I noticed that WC was very adamant about how high to make the legs. Guess it has to do with the huge storage area.

We sent 9 seats out this afternoon from the Fed Ex Terminal in Salina Ks. I'll be in Nashville this Thursday till Sunday to finish my vocal cd with Mike Johnson on steel and Daryle Singletary helping me out on a ballad with his great vocals. A special thanks to the great folks in North Carolina. We sent four seats there today and one was a repeat customer. Thanks, WC Edgar www.steelseat.com www.wcedgar.com |

I have had mine now for a couple of years and I love it. I use it every day and after almost two years it still looks as nice as it did the day I drove up to W.C.s place and picked it up.

Got back from Nashville last night and had a hoot on Broadway. Saw my bud's Randy Hess and Jay Andrew's as well as my former bandmate and fiddle player from my days at Opryland USA "Pappy" Gene Merits into Robert's where they were playing some cool Rockabilly stuff. I'll have some more pics on the site this evening of some cool seats we installed recessed handles and latches on. Also we're doing a new ATA seat for Gaylon Matthew's that will have all air rivits in it as well as all recessed hardware. Check it out at www.steelseat.com Also got to stop by and see the Great Bobbe Seymour at his cool shop where I picked up 3 Sho Bud Tee Shirts. Then we went by and talked to Duane Marrs at his shop and saw some conversions he was doing for both Herb Steiner and Doug Jerinigan. Oh, The cd is sounding great and we should have a good mix within the next month. WC |
